Dubai Real Estate Top 10 in Google in less than 2 months

In less than 2 months I was able to rank a site for the keyword "Dubai Real Estate". I never thought ranking on this keyword is that easy.

My friend and I should have optimze our own real estate websites long time ago but due to busy schedule, we were not able to work on those sites. If we have work on it before, maybe our sites are now all over the internets Dubai's real estate market.

But its better late than never, our own Dubai real estate and Dubai property websites and blogs are nearly finished and we will be re-launching them soon. I'm just wondering, what will happen if all the real estate companies here in Dubai will hire hire us to optimize thier site. Isn't that great?

Last day before seocontest2008 checkpoint

Tomorrow will be April fools day,a day marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, enemies and neighbors, or sending them on fools' errands, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible.

But aside from this celebration, tomorrow will be the checkpoint of seocontest2008. So who do we think will win this contest? I have no doubt that our friend Benj will take home that UKwebmaster sheild though he is on second place today, we will not be surprise if he is on rank#1 tomorrow. Thanks for correcting me with that error on my blog other sir Benj, just like your seocontest2008 image, we all make mistakes...hehehe...

I have to give credit also to Eli's seocontest2008 entry. He is doing pretty well ranking #3. The post he created 2 weeks ago "Gimme Gimme Gimme more links" works while he was not in top 1000 on Feb 11. as he said. I just don't know if they are giving consolation prizes for 2nd and 3rd place. I hope they have as well.

Dubai Real Estate

This blog was created to for Dubai Team to have a documentation of all the things we did or happened during the Bayanihan SEO contest. Now that the contest was over I was thinking what we will do on this blog, so I decided to make this a documentation of anything that is related to our work and SEO.

Seems that this coming week I will be working on a new website while still I am still optimizing Dubai Real Estate. Maybe If I was working on it everyday it would be now on the first page of google, I have done only few link building on this site that's why it is only on page 4 of google for both key phrase Dubai real estate and Dubai property.

Alibata is the 2nd contest keyword of the bayanihan SEO contest which was revealed by Marc Macalua last Dec. 12. We were not able to acquire major domain for alibata because my team mate was sick and I was out doing other work when the keyword was revealed.

Alibata will now be the focus of all the contestants who joined the paradise Philippines and we will see who will win for the 2nd checkpoint for keyword alibata.

Less than 2 weeks from now will be the Bayanihan SEO contest 1st checkpoint. But the leader board has not been working properly and Paradise Philippines contestants doesn't have idea who really is leading in the said contest.

Edward and I for the past 2 weeks have not updated our blogs due to a lot of work loads but we still manage to get some relevant links. So what happened to our main Paradise Philippines entry? We were surprised 1 day that in Google it was on page 9, it keeps on going and coming back. Just like what other contestants say " namamasyal lang kasi naiinip na".

My boss,master, mentor and friend Edward asked me yesterday to create an article for our main entry which I am working on right now. I'll travel to Kish for my visa change and as soon as I get back, we will have our new post for Paradise Philippines.

Few days ago, the leader board results for the Bayanihan SEO contest "Paradise Philippines" was up. We are not actually sure if it the point system works perfectly and I'm sure other contestants are also wondering about the results.

Our Paradise Philippines blogs rankings dropped down because of not updating them for a long time, we will try our best to create new post. Sad to say few of our blogs were gone.

Our main entry Paradise Philippines has been in 3nd rank for some quite time now which before it was in 2nd for a couple of weeks and 1st for few days.

Less than 1 month to go before the first checkpoint, a lot of things to do but now I think what we should do is to look for more relevant links.

Well finally the contest code generator was released today and some have already uploaded it in their website. But it will take at least 2 weeks more before we see which team and sites are leading the Paradise Phlippines contest. But what I think is, it will take at least 1 month before we can really see the real results, as not all of the sites have their contest code yet. Edward and I were both busy doing our individual work that's why we have not updated our Paradise Philippines sites for the past few days. Our paradise Philippines main entry dropped its ranked to no 3 in Google and after waiting for a long time, Yahoo has finally rank our site in page 1, while in MSN, form rank 4 it is now rank no. 14. 15 Days when our last post here in Paradise Philippines SEO Documentation. Sorry if we are not updating this site frequently because everybody in the contest is feeling bored maybe because until now the leaderboard is still not released and yet we didn't heard anything from macalua, and another thing why were not updating the site is because we are going to put a business here in Dubai which focus on media marketing and also included my special recipe which is SEO. I hope this Business that were going to publish will click here in Dubai Internet Industry.

Ok so let's wrap up all the things that we did last 15 days. Below is the List:

We are still doing Directory Submission
We love to have 100 stumble and 100 Delicious but we don't have budget ( maybe next time )
If mito ( one of the contestant in paradise philippines ) is using seo strategy and they called "peter pan " which I think is the same strategy that GIO and his team using but they called it "shadowing", but Allan and I still thinking what term should we used for our strategy, maybe in our next post we can come up with something.

Just a short update on our entries to Bayanihan SEO contest with the keyword paradise Philippines.

One of our site is ranking good in Google and it has been there for quite sometime now but not on Yahoo and MSN. Though it is on the top 100, still it is not enough to compete with the other paradise Philippines contestants. And about the other blogs, it is totally not on top 100 in Yahoo and MSN.

Dubai team knows that it will be impossible to beat those who are in the Philippines, the reason is we don't have time to work on it and that we seldom talk because of our busy schedule.

Anyway, we'll just do what we can do and see what will happen...

Still think if we are going to change the theme.
woke up at 7 and start bookmarking at 11:00 am.
We bookmark to 35 social bookmarking websites.
We sheare lists of Directories and start submitting.
Yeah! We do it manually.
Stay until 2 midnight 7-7-7 thinking about an article to put on the website.
Check digg and we have 12 dugg again for another topic.
and yes we ask people to dugg for us.

Founder of SEO Philippines Macalua announced the Bayanihan contest which is the third seo contest in the philippines and gave us the keyword which is "paradise philippines".
We bought all the domain from .net, org, .info, .biz and subscribe all the keyword in blogger.
Go Daddy release a receipt more than $60 but we did not get the domain except paradisephilippines.biz.
I want to kick Daddy's ass for that...ggrrr.........
Install Wordpress, some plugin, theme, create post and another post 1 Digg link, create thread in DP to SU by members, 1 Link to pr 3 website which is SEO DUBAI.
